MAKING AN IMPACT

GIVING BACK AND MAKING A DIFFERENCE

If you want to share your success and give some back to the community then this is the place to be. We want you to feel inspired, empowered and motivated. That’s why we give you one day off a year paid to volunteer in your local community.

We’re constantly striving to make an impact, not just on communities but also on the environment. We’ve joined the Race to Net Zero pledge and as a B Corp certified business, there’s opportunities for every member of the team to be part of something bigger and impact the world.

VALUES AND BEHAVIOURS

We want to work with likeminded people who share our values and behaviours. If you like the sound of these below then we should get along fine!

VALUES: These values act as guiding principles to the culture at Robson Laidler, the way we work together as a team and with our clients.

Create Real Connections

We work together with family spirit, both with our team, our clients, and our community – we have a true people focus and build more than just surface level relationships.

Leave a Positive Impact

We care about the contribution we make to our team’s lives, we want to work with our clients on the deepest level to get the best results, and we want to grow our business in a way that makes us proud, by impacting people far wider than just ourselves.

Seek Greatness Every Day

We set a high bar, both in how we work with each other, and how we deliver to our clients. Average isn’t accepted, we seek to deliver nothing but exceptional service, one experience at a time.

Encourage Curiosity & Change

We think in terms of endless possibility and strive to always be better & know more. We don’t stand still, have an appetite for learning and willingly accept new challenges to drive positive change.

BEHAVIOURS: We have a set of core behaviours that support us in living our values day to day.

Be Kind

We treat others as we would like to be treated and think about our impact on everyone we interact with. We care about others and actively see if we can brighten someone’s day.

Be a Team Player

We support each other to make us better and actively contribute to the success of our team and Robson Laidler.

Be True

If we say we’re going to do something, we do it. We work to exceed expectations in every facet of our work and seek to find solutions or new ways of doing things.

Be Brave

We are courageous and face up to difficult challenges. We have a hunger to learn and grow as an individual with a constant curiosity for continual improvement and how to make it better for our clients, us and our community.

Be Positive

We face up to problems and interactions with an open mind and positive mindset.

Be Proud

We are all ambassadors for Robson Laidler and are proud of the work we do and the impact we have on others
